Returns Policy
Overview
Our returns policy is valid for 7 to 10 working days from the date of
purchase. After this period, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange. To be
eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and
in packaging. Certain items such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, and
flammable liquids or gases are non-returnable. A receipt or proof of purchase is
required to process the return. Returns may result in a partial refund with a
15% deduction in some situations. Please note that returns should not be sent
back to the manufacturer.

responsible for any items that are returned in a condition other than
their original state or missing parts.

is returned more than 07 days after delivery
Sale
items
Only
regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We
only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it
for the same item, send us an email at: crockeriespark.bd@gmail.com. And
send your item to Shop 54, 1st floor, Boro Bazar [former Capital Super Market],
